Variable track block lengths throughout the route
Would it be possible to implement a feature that would allow route builders to change the block length at points throughout the track section?
Possibly something like a track.BlockLength command where a user could change the track block length to add a piece of track like a switch that can be different length to a straight section? This may also make it easier to more accurately plot distances for those building real life routes as well.

Re: Variable track block lengths throughout the route
This. As someone who's used to build routes with the standard 25m block length, there are times when much shorter block lengths are needed. I'm fine with building 25m long objects (walls, platforms, dikes, tracks), but when it comes to switches problems arise. Most routes I build have a mixture of standard 50m long crossovers, which are not a problem, and some short 25m crossovers that would need a 12.5m block length to have the train go over it; and not to mention some really awkward switches that would need multiple block lengths to accurately recreate them. cough Paris Metro cough
Would be really nice to have this feature at some point to make developers' lives easier
