Fly-by camera not working

Hello there. The latest version of openBVE, 1.7.1.6 bringed a new issue with itself: the fly-by camera no longer works. It only shows a static view of track camera and does no longer follow the train and you cannot even manually rotate it. This feature still worked good in 1.7.1.5 but 1.7.1.6 killed it. Please fix it if possible. Thanks.

Already found and fixed in current nightly,  my apologies.

(Typo meant a bracket got in the wrong place and was causing havoc)
