Hello. I am a Korean producer.
I am currently working on the 8500 Series, the locomotive of Korea. Almost everything is now done except the Panther graph.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think you'll have to release at least the texture itself as CC-by-sa because that's the license of the photo. NC/ND are both more restrictive than the photo's license, and if I remember correctly derivative works mustn't be licensed in a more restrictive way... But I could be wrong.

The front texture needs to be changed to CC BY-NC-ND or distributed as CC-by-sa. Thank you for your point.
