Odakyufan's website down?

I tried to get on the website to redownload the Chashinai Railway addon because I was going to run it, but for some reason all the route files for it seemed to have magically disappeared.    I decided not to ponder on it and just redownload it anyway, but the website seems to be down. I ran a test and it seems to be down for everyone. Why is it down?

The obvious answer would be that he is having problems with free (or cheap) hosting. Though I suspect the actual situation is more complicated since his website is not exactly one of the most stable in the world   Unfortunately this will be an unavoidable problem OpenBVE devs constantly need to face in the foreseeable future.
If I remembered correctly Odakyufan did say something on his homepage about how often the website is down.

Well, if it's going to be down for quite a while, can someone send me all the route files for it? Cause that's the only thing I'm missing.

The irony of that has made me laugh after a long day!

WordPress.com might be an option, it's free and users get 3GB of storage. That should be enough for anything BVE-related. It's WordPress, of course, not custom HTML files, but it's also stable.
