It would appear not! And you might care to read the forum rules, particularly Rule 2a, which are here for all to see: https://bveworldwide.forumotion.com/t27-forum-rules-new-users-please-read

The reason for this is because of concerns over copyright. Some works in the past (and even this year) have been withdrawn by their authors and the owner of this forum would not wish to be seen facilitating the distribution of unauthorised files.

If anyone has a legal link to obtain that route then, with luck, they might be good enough to post it here.
