Tracks not keeping on track Empty Tracks not keeping on track

Post by devilreborn Fri Jun 15, 2012 12:15 pm

I'm trying to develop a new openbve route and without any experience I need to learn how to do it before I can start. Making the stations, trees, etc and recording the sound files are not a problem to me; the problem is the tracks. While looking into some real examples I found out that the tracks are also objects, but what is the general way of making tracks? Or am I supposed to build them from vertices in csv files?

Many useful tools out there to help you with tracks:

TrackGen:http://www.bve.site88.net/EnTrackGen.html

You build the object of the length of Options.BlockLength, then include it in Structure.Rail(i), then use Track.RailType to set the rail appearance.
