I don't think it sounds a lot like the 96ts. Not sure about the Networker, but i herd it sounds a lot like the 96ts...BruceS wrote:Now that NS Intercity train sounds more close to the Networks and the 1996 London Underground stock!
I personally don't like Dutch (or German or whatever nations) double-deckers.. I like single-decked intercity trains, or the SLT.

Re: Guess the station!
Well the EOR hasn't been officially re-opened yet!
So technically speaking...
Yes, Jamie, they haven't opened yet, but that doesn't mean that Central Line trains are no longer serving Epping! Quoted directly from EOR's website, you'll see that their trains do not even go to Epping station:
...there will be locomotive hauled trains between Ongar and North Weald, a shuttle service from North Weald into Epping Forest and a heritage bus service between Ongar, North Weald and Epping High Street and LUL Central Line Tube station. All three heritage transport experiences are included within your EOR ticket!

Might be simple, might be hard, it's a little tricky!
Re: Guess the station!
I think I might have killed this thread, so here's a different photo to replace the previous one, taken in Singapore. Guess the station I took the photo from?
Re: Guess the station!

Re: Guess the station!
Pimlico on the Victoria Line .. I read about some guys working on this when they were building it, claiming they'd seen ghosts in the tunnels... turns out they bored right through an old subterranean graveyard... first time I rode the Viccy Line the train slowed to a crawl through this station, it looked very eerie with no people at all and only half the lights on... when we got to the end of the run I looked in the cab and OMG there's no driver... there I was on a driverless train passing through a (possibly) haunted station... I was a lot younger then of course but the memory sticks

Re: Guess the station!
The station looks overly British; but since Britain has a lot of stations, I'd say somewhere on the Goblin (London Overground, Gospel Oak to Barking)
